Archopanspermia Azoica

Several unearthed microfiche fragments from the year -937PS (Post Sundering) indicate that a large scale xenoviral pandemic devastated world populations and may have contributed significantly to the cataclysmic event known only as the Sundering. The earliest accounts of the Archopanspermia Azoica xenovirus are contained in the controversial microfiche fragments Codices Proteus X and XI. Fragment 19:15f details the arrival of the transspatial archangel Selmelkhel who’s flesh broke into a thousands parts upon entering profane Vetani space, resulting in days of rain like blood.

While neorationalists, tautologists, and cybergnosticians all agree that something entered Vetani space on that day, there is still sharp disagreement as to just what that something was. Neorationalists speculate that the angel was a meteorite that, upon disintegrating in Vetani’s biozone, released a primordial microscopic alien lifeform into the air which precipitated to the ground through atmospheric condensation. Cybergnosticians prefer to interpret the events detailed in the Codices metaphysically, arguing that the Azoica virus was instead the side effect of hyperdimensional string entity passing through Vetani spacetime. The mostly commonly accepted theory is that of the tautologists, who argued that the Azoica xenovirus was probably a xenovirus.

Despite such speculation very little is known about the Azoica xenovirus, except that it changed everything.
